Because we have our own catering trailer, we can cater anywhere, even venues that don’t have a kitchen.

We write menus WITH you to suit your budget, dietary requirements, season, number of guests and facilities.

We specialise in creating menus that have significance for the person that has died.

We will cater to your food preferences and dietary requirements and all of our food is prepared fresh in our full commercial kitchen.

What kind of beverage would you like to raise a toast with to farewell your loved one?

We can supply and serve a wide selection of beverages, including wines, beer, mocktails, cocktails, spirits, mixed drinks, juices, non-alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.

We can also set up a tea and gourmet coffee station – and you’ll only ever pay for the beverages that you consume.

Whether you need chairs, tables, marquees or heaters – we have all the furniture and equipment you might need available for hire.

We will arrange everything for you, including delivery, set up, pick up and we arrange for everything to be taken away, so there’s nothing for you to worry about.

We will take care of every aspect of the set up and pack down, so you don’t need to worry about a thing.

At a time when you need to be fully present, we will be ready for your guests often prior to you arriving at the memorial. We will be there to take care of everything so you can be with friends and family.

If the wake is held in your home we make sure we leave the kitchen spotless, removing all the hire gear and rubbish when we leave.

Whether you would like live music or recorded music, classical or contemporary, we can help you incorporate special songs to your Memorable Memorial.

We work with a range of talented musicians, including a harpist and a guitar player.

We can also provide you with a microphone and speakers if family and friends would like to perform some music or use it for your eulogies and toasts.

A memorial table is a tangible reminder of the person who has died and can really help guests feel their presence at the service and the wake.

We can help you create and set up a memorial table decorated with meaningful items such as photos, favourite flowers, sporting trophies, certificates, favourite knick-knacks, artworks, clothing, their favourite hobbies, tools or footballs.

Decorations and flowers don’t have to be expensive or lavish – in fact, it’s more important that they reflect the personality of the person who has died.

We’ll provide ideas for meaningful ways to make the venue feel more personal and welcoming, evoking memories of the person you are farewelling.

Many of these decorations could also be given as a thank-you gift to attendees at the end of the wake.

We can organise a professional photographer or videographer to record your Memorable Memorial and upload the footage after the event.

If you have family or friends unable to be there in person, we can also arrange to professionally live stream the event so they can participate in real time.

Your recording is password-protected so you can safely access and revisit it at a later time.
