Direct (Non-attendance) Cremation
Direct Cremation (also known as Non-attendance Cremation) is an affordable and flexible option because it gives you the freedom and time to arrange a memorial service or scattering of ashes at a later date, if you so desire.
After the cremation we return the ashes to you and because no one attends the cremation, you don’t have the unnecessary expense of flowers, celebrant, venue hire etc or need to invest in a coffin or casket based on its appearance.
We have a wide range of environmentally friendly and affordable coffins and caskets and creative biodegradable and eco-friendly urns.
If you would like to scatter the ashes at sea at a later date, we have catamarans you can hire for this purpose and we can also assist you with alternative creative, meaningful and personal ways to share, store and repurpose ashes.
Contrary to what the traditional funeral industry might lead you to believe, you can legally hold a family-led memorial (also known as a home funeral) without a celebrant.
